EXCLUSIVE SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

A. Golden Troubadour - $20,000.00
    Name the festival after you or your business
    (i.e. John Doe's Bunnery presents the Gamble Rogers Folk Festival).
    Entitlements: 20'x 3' banner at main entrance to festival grounds
        - Name featured on all other banners, advertising, and merchandising materials
        - Link from GambleFest.com and OldCity.com web sites to your company website for 1 year.
        - Meet and greet any/all performers (per choice) backstage hospitality
        - 30 weekend passes and festival shirts
        - Complimentary dinner and drinks for your party Friday night show
        - Reserved seating at Saturday night show
        - Sponsor's name announced on all stages

B. The Oklawahan - $10,000.00
    Sponsorship of the Main Stage show Saturday night.
    Entitlements: 20' x 3' banner above the main stage
        - Sponsor name and info printed on all materials

        - Back page program ad
        - Meet and greet performers backstage hospitality
        - 20 weekend passes and festival shirts

C. Baby Grand - $5,000.00
    Sponsorship of the Big Top Stage
    Entitlements: 10' x 3' banner above the Big Top stage
        - Sponsor name on all printed materials

        - Full page program ad
        - 15 weekend passes and festival shirts
        - Complimentary dinner and drinks Friday night

D. Terminal Taverners - $2,000.00
    Sponsorship of any of the other 5 stages (your choice)
    Entitlements: 8' x 3' banner above the appropriate stage
        - Sponsor name on all printed material

        - ½ page program ad
        - 10 weekend passes and festival shirts

E. Erindale's Feed and Grainery - $1000.00
    Sponsorship of Kid's Tent
    Entitlements: Banner above Kid's Tent
        - Sponsor name listed in the acknowledgments of program

        - 4 Festival passes

    Sponsorship of Performer Hospitality
    Entitlements: Banner above Hospitality Areas

    Sponsorship of attendee amenities (comfort stations)
        - Sponsor name listed in the acknowledgements of program

    Sponsorship of security requirements
    Entitlements: Sponsor name listed in the acknowledgements of program
        - 2 Festival passes

    Sponsorship of General Festival Fund
    Entitlements: Sponsor name listed in the acknowledgements of program
        - Negotiable discount on festival passes

Keep in mind that the Gamble Rogers Folk Festival is a non-profit, 501 (c) (3) organization, and all or part of your donation will be tax deductible.

Note: We welcome creative ideas for other sponsorship packages and are most willing to discuss and/or negotiate specifics with anyone interested in making a donation.
